The footer block should contain links to the various committee pages, an email address, a copyright, trademark information and a revision date.

included in your document as follows.

Contact email address:
Every page should include an email contact address so that the reader has someone to contact
with questions or problems with information on the page or with the document itself.
All document should also include a Revision date.
