1. Webmasters must be subscribed to the webmaster list in list format, not digest. Send e-mail to IIGS-WEBMASTERS-L-request@rootsweb.com
2. Must inform teamleader and co teamleader on the list, of intent to join the team.
3. Must be registered with our project director for a project OR registered as a webmaster liason to another team. (In order to keep #6 accurate, Project director is responsible for keeping track of the dates projects assigned to each member)
4. A member does not have to be a coder or programmer (although this helps!) - we also have room for people who wish to assist in maintaining pages by making text revisions, or people who wish to assist in continuity of IIGS pages - either as beta testers for new pages, or helping other teams to keep their pages organized and logical.
5. Team members must agree to work within the guidelines of web design as specified in Webmaster Style Guide
6. Team members must have completed a project within the last 6 weeks ~OR~ be presently working on a project ~OR~ be assigned to a future project
7. Members may of course, take 'breaks' but may not remain inactive for more than 6 weeks. After that time the member must become invovled in a new project or will be assumed to be no longer interested in being a member.
8. A member not involved in a project after a 6 week hiatus will be assumed to no longer be interested in the team and be removed from the team list unless prior arrangements for an extended leave are made with the tl and co-tl. This should not be seen as a chastisement but rather as the team's way of ensuring active participation.
