IRC Team is also pleased to announce that Diana Hansen will be hosting genealogy sessions on the IIGS IRC server 8PM EST, Sundays and Thursdays in #cert. Diana tells us that her channel sessions will cover online question and answers sessions to discuss all aspects of genealogy research and methodology, open to everyone who would like to participate. The sessions will be moderated by an accredited genealogist and the current host of the WorldGenWeb. We will discuss various types of records, record keeping, and records specific to different countries which are typically difficult to do research in such as Ireland, Russia, Hispanic countries, and Africa.
