There are several options for Windows 3.11 or Windows 95/NT operating systems:

  This is one of the most popular Windows IRC clients. You may download a copy from http://www.mirc.co.uk/get.html. You must select either 16 or 32 bit depending on your operating system.

• MS Chat

  MS Chat may be downloaded at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/chat/

• OrbitIRC

  OrbitIRC may be downloaded at http://www.dlcwest.com/~orbitirc/index.htm

• pIRCH
