1. The Team Leader Council consisting of team leaders and co-team leaders shall act as a Board of Directors for the IIGS until a board is created after IIGS incorporation. Decision making is by consensus, but where consensus cannot be reached then a decision is made by majority vote of the teams. Voting is based on one vote per team.
2. One team leader will act as administrator for the Council and call for any votes that may be required. This administrator will serve for a six month period. This post can be rotated.
3. Proposed new Teams may be created by the majority approval of the Council.
4. Teams may be disbanded by the Council by a two-thirds majority vote of the Council.
2. Team Leaders are nominated and elected by the registered IIGS members of their respective teams.
3. Team Leaders can be removed by a two-thirds vote of the Team Leader Council or a two-thirds vote of the team leader's team members.
4. Team leaders shall report semi-annually, or as requested by the Council, on the activities of the team.
5. Team leaders shall be responsible for the coordination of team activities, obtaining the team's vote position, reporting on the team's activities, and serving as the public representative of the team.
6. One team leader from each team must be subscribed to the IIGS-TEAMLEADERS-L list. However, all team leaders are encouraged to subscribe to this list. Any team left without a team leader representing them on the list shall hold an election to elect a new team leader.
2. Team members must be subscribed to IIGS-ANNOUNCEMENTS-L. Unsubscribing from the ANNOUNCEMENTS-L list results in cancellation of IIGS membership. Team members must also be subscribed to their team list. Unsubscribing from the list will be considered cancellation of team membership.
